Small-works demolition and site clearance projects typically involve bungalows, houses, extensions, barns, garages, sheds and outbuildings and other structures that are under 12 meters high. The process of small-works demolition is rather simple in comparison to large demolition, although the level of planning and expertise required to carry out these works is still to the highest level of safety with full trained competent operatives.
